Mentoring

Improve performance with guidance, motivation and emotional support

As enthusiastic mentors, Erudite Education helps mentees to develop organisational skills, efficiency and direction.  Through a relationship of mutual trust and respect, mentees can develop their careers with improved performance and sound boarding of leadership strategy.

Increasing the levels of motivation from those involved, employees will develop a clear direction and clear objectives.  Organisations benefit from improved communication at all levels and across levels. Mentoring develops a culture of sharing knowledge, experiences and best practice as standard working practice.

Mentees typically evidence tangible and measurable gains if work tasks and projects are used as a development tool.  Innovation and continuous improvements are demonstrated in the way that employees approach their work

Mentoring can be used for a wide variety of situations and different points in someone's working life for example:

• Induction for a new starter.

• Individuals working towards promotion.

• Staff who have changed roles in the department or across the organisation.

• Staff on structured learning programmes.

• Changes to job roles for example following a restructure.

• Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
