A studio of support features in one menu that school leaders can utilise to manage their wellbeing and development needs. The suite of featured items provide head teachers and executive leaders with the opportunity to step back and remain strategic.

Free From Fridays

A guided meditation brought to you so that you can leave the stresses of the week behind - 7 minutes is all this takes. Subscribers will be provided with a virtual link and can choose to access their weekend 'let go' as they dust off the week that was.

Heads' Symposiums

Each week we will bring you together in a leadership themed networking session.  Leading with a brief presentation on a weekly theme, head teachers will be invited to continue the symposium as a forum of attendees, supporting and providing insight from each other's leadership experiences. Delivered virtually each week on Zoom Business, these sessions are creative in scope and are not time limited. We alternate 2:30pm, 4pm and 6pm on rotated weeks to enable access for a variety of working schedules.  Presentation follow up is available on our members only page,  so the notes are available if you cant make the session.

Seminar Symposiums

Monthly web based presentations based on educational research and findings delivered through Zoom Business. Head teachers and school leaders don't have time to trawl through endless articles and findings. Our monthly seminars are followed by learning clinics, then the cafe sessions. In the learning clinic section you can chat through the presentation, ask questions and put forward requests for future seminar circles. The presentations are short and the 'cafe' time allowed for discussion with other attendees is not limited.

Self-Care Saturday Symposiums

This session is for school leaders who wish to talk through self care and kick off their weekend the right way. Professional wellbeing coaches are on hand to lead this wellbeing support in areas such as, balancing life & family, positive mental health, happiness and healthy lifestyles. 

The only subject off the table when it's selfcare Saturday is 'education'.  This is your time to focus on you

Moderation Meetings

These termly sessions are organised for each primary year group by key stage. Attendees will be provided with activity outcomes in English and Maths in advance of the session. To glean the most from these meetings, you will be invited to evaluate the exemplars provided in advance, and the meet leader will guide you though moderation discussion. The comparisons and feedback will be invaluable CPD for heads and executive heads keeping their finger on the pulse.

Members of our symposiums are able to access this closed group to allow for nuanced discussion at a time to suit. A chance to network with your professional peers and create meaningful dialogue, share information and generate new topics.
